Care instructions and Custom Orders
Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. We have a few options to choose from for your customized mug: the option of printing One Sided Designs, Two Sided Designs or Custom Note On Back.
One Sided Design - The design is printed facing outwards when held with the right hand.
Two Sided Design - The design is repeated on both sides.
Custom Note On Back - The design is printed facing outwards when held with the right hand and the personalized note is on the opposite side on the bottom part of the mug.
If you would like to make any modifications to the design placement, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate your request! I cannot be held responsible by errors in spelling or grammar.
Proof of Design and Color Guidelines
• The actual colour may vary slightly due to your monitor settings and colour change could occur during the printing and heat transfer process. Further, the actual colour of the final product may vary from the graphics on your computer, based on your monitor settings. Color change could occur during the heat transfer process, which is inevitable for some pictures and some colors. Although we do our best to match the image, color change is out of our control.
• Three proof will be provided at no charge, however if more than three proofs are required, there will be a small fee required.
• Any change in photo after a proof is sent could cause a delay of 2-3 business days with processing your order.
Can you send me a proof of the design?
Per our policy, we only provide a proof after receipt of payment and only when requested during the checkout process.
• Proofs are sent within 2-3 business days of receiving your order.
• We will only print and ship upon receiving approval of your design. Please note that if you don't approve right away, your design will be shipped to you based on the last design sent through.
• If we don't receive your feedback on the proof within 2 business days, your order will be shipped as seen in the preview.
• We will provide three revisions at no charge, however if more revisions are required, we will have to charge a small fee.
USA & International Shipping and Delivery
Your delivery time depends on where you reside, but as a general rule by standard mail within North America it will be between approx 3-8 business days and up to an estimated 30 business days everywhere else.
All USA orders will come with a tracking number. Most International orders will come with a tracking number as well depending on availability through our partner couriers. If your order will come with tracking, you will be able to view it through your order history once the package has been shipped to you, otherwise no tracking will be listed.

Canada Shipping and Delivery
Your delivery time depends on where you reside and what you purchase.
If your order is time sensitive, need Expedited Delivery, that option is available to you upon checkout for 2-3 business days delivery.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have no control over its movement. We can't guarantee a date that your order will arrive.

Do you offer a pick up option for orders?
Yes, we do offer pick up for local LONDON Ontario (and area)! Please send us a message for details. No minimum purchase required. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will send you a message via your Etsy inbox or email to coordinate a pickup date and time.
Wholesale availability
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing! Bulk orders with special pricing applied are not covered by our free shipping to the US and Canada guarantee. An applicable flat rate will apply due to the weight of the package. We do our best to ensure the flat rate shipping fee for wholesale orders is as low as possible. Please send us a message to find out more details, we'd love to hear from you!
I entered an incorrect / incomplete address OR a delivery was unsuccessful/was returned to Inkpot!
Once the item has left our warehouse, the post office is unable to hold the parcel, change the address, or make any changes.
Canada Customers: Repurchase the order OR pay for the return shipping penalty from the courier PLUS the shipping fee to resend the order.
United States and International Customers: Your parcels are not returned to us at Inkpot. Should you wish for the order to be re-sent, we can re-make the item, and the customer will need to pay for the item again and the shipping fee.
Inkpot is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any losses or unclaimed orders due to customers not responding to their local customs or post office requests/pickups. A refund will not be provided. Please ensure address is complete with all details (ex. buzzer, etc).
Do you accept returns?
No, as each item is custom made, returns are not accepted.
What is your free shipping promotion?
We currently offer free US standard shipping for orders over $50 and Canada orders over $65. Bulk orders (orders over 6 mugs or over 6 candles) do not qualify for our free shipping promos. Please contact us for a flat rate shipping fee.
