The mug and the coaster were good. Fast shipping as well, but the packaging was disappointing. The ‘custom' top was just a printed piece of paper glued on top and looked cheap. The gift message was typed on a cheap quality paper as well, which had grey/black printer misprint lines. The packaging really disappointed me, I wish it was better as the product quality is decent.
Our current processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days. Information on processing time can be found on each product description, on our website header, and the order invoice. Weekends are excluded from the time frame.
